1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site to violate any local, state, or federal laws, to harm others, or to transmit unauthorized promotional material, malware, or spam.

2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

All moving quotes and bookings must be made via the Site or by contacting us directly. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a move. Specific payment terms, pricing, deposits, and cancellation policies will be provided to you during the official booking and contract process. Late payments or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the delay or cancellation of services and additional fees.

3. Communications and SMS

When you provide your phone number to request a quote or book a move, you consent to receive standard calls or text messages from AVIV Moving & Storage, Inc. strictly regarding your service, logistics, and account notifications. We do not operate an SMS marketing subscription program. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting us directly.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVIV Moving & Storage, Inc. disclaims all warranties regarding the Site. Furthermore, our liability regarding the actual physical moving services will be strictly limited to the terms outlined in the specific moving contract and Bill of Lading provided at the time of the move. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services.
